HR Officer

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to support the full scope of HR activities, including staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area with strong analytical skills
• 2–3 years’ experience in HR as a generalist within a complex organization
• Knowledge of HR systems and HR analytics
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
• Self-driven, resilient, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel between the GXO Sites in BU South (Venlo, Roermond, Wessem, Heerlen)
