Job Description
Join GXO Logistics in a dynamic role driving WMS implementations across Continental and Central Europe. As Implementation and Turnaround Manager (systems support Europe), you'll lead cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure seamless WMS integration with operational goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on WMS implementation and optimization
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Reflex (Web), Blue Yonder, Manhattan or other leading WMS platforms)
- Deep understanding of operational processes
- Knowledge about reporting tools (Power Bi, Qlik, Tableau,...)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and change management
- Extensive travel within Europe is required for this role
- Experience of new logistics 3rd party business start ups
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one other European language. Additional languages are a plus with a preference for Spanish or French
