Operations Manager

Lead a fast-moving operation while keeping safety and service at the heart of everything you do. Take end-to-end responsibility for coordinating the operation within the Zara contract based in Crick, ensuring outstanding service delivery while meeting both immediate and long-term site objectives.

Requirements

• Confident, resilient leader with proven experience in a fast-moving retail/eCommerce logistics operation
• Strong operational and commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
• Experience of driving change, continuous improvement and cultural transformation
• Strong IT capability, including MS Office and warehouse systems
