Operations Manager

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to lead our Currys contract based in Newark, driving high-volume performance and shaping a strong safety culture in a fast-paced retail logistics operation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager role within a retail, distribution, or similarly complex operational environment
• Strong track record of health & safety leadership
• Experience managing and developing managers, building engaged and accountable teams
• Solid operational and commercial understanding, balancing safety, service, cost, and people priorities
• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
• Resilience, decisiveness, and the ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
