Team Leader

We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to support our Segen operation at Medway. This is a full-time, permanent role, where you’ll lead and motivate warehouse colleagues to deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations while consistently meeting operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within warehousing or logistics
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast‐paced, time‐critical environment
• Good understanding of health & safety and warehouse operational processes
• MHE training or willingness to learn
