We are seeking two Insight Analysts to join our Insights Hub & Spoke model, one with a Customer focus and one aligned to Digital Product. The successful candidates will work closely with stakeholders across brand, marketing, eCommerce, commercial, customer, digital, strategy and operations to provide data-driven insights that enable teams to shape strategy and optimize performance.
Requirements
- Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to extract meaningful, actionable insights from complex data.
- Experience working in apparel retail, ideally across both eCommerce and physical stores.
- Confidence partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insight.
- Experience building and maintaining forecasting models and performance frameworks.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining focused on high-value analytical work.
- Strong ability to understand business goals and translate them into effective, data-driven strategies, underpinned by expertise in statistical modelling, regression analysis and evidence-based decision-making.
- Highly capable in SQL, including window functions, CTEs and complex joins, with experience working in cloud data warehouse environments.
- Comfortable using Looker (or similar BI tools) and GA4, with ability to turn sophisticated analysis into clear, compelling insights that resonate with non-technical audiences.
