Environmental Project Manager

GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Project Manager with 7+ years of experience to expand their environmental site investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance practice in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or Geology or Environmental Science
• Experience with environmental consulting and knowledge of applicable Illinois laws and regulations
• Experience with treatment/remedial system design
• Experience with environmental remediation, compliance, and permitting projects
• Experience with wastewater and storm water consulting and permitting
• Self-starter, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and direction
• Demonstrate professional judgment, consistency, strong attention to detail, and background of high-quality work products
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience preparing reports that demonstrate technical knowledge
• Strong interest in safety
• Possess or have completed 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training
• Professional license strongly preferred
