Process Engineer

The Process Engineer supports the construction, installation, commissioning, and stable operation of a new manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for developing, optimizing, and standardizing production processes to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and cost goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing roles
• Strong understanding of process design, commissioning, and optimization
• Experience managing CAPEX projects and process validation
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and data analysis software
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with Emerson Delta V system (preferred)
