Patient Coordinator

Patient Coordinator - Full-Time position at H2 Health outpatient clinic, seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide great customer service and assist in patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in healthcare scheduling
• Previous experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records
• Computer literacy in relevant software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks
