Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism, work closely with supervising BCBA, and maintain compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in a supportive clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working one-on-one with children with autism
- Commitment to compassionate, ethical ABA services
