Job Description
H2 Health is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Jacksonville corporate finance team in a hybrid role supporting multi-site operations and private equity-backed growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA preferred but not required
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Accountant, Staff Accountant, or similar role
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experience multi-site business models, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
