H2 Performance Consulting is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to join their new project supporting the White Sands Missile Range in White Sands, NM. Responsibilities include providing user management support, troubleshooting individual account issues, and developing standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or related discipline
• 1-5+ years of direct relative experience
• Certifications (CompTIA A+ CE, CompTIA Network + CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), CCNA-Security)
• Secret level clearance
