Job Description
We seek a dynamic professional engineer to direct projects, manage client relations, and develop and manage our Mechanical team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on HVAC projects, technical leadership, and management skills, with experience working with local municipalities and government agencies. Our Mechanical team offers a wide range of HVAC engineering and design services, and we are passionate about delivering excellence to our clients every day.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Professional Engineer license required
- 20+ years of overall MEP experience, with strong focus on HVAC projects
- 10 years devoted to project management and development/oversight of staff
- Prior experience working with local municipalities/government agencies
- Demonstrated technical leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize Mechanical projects of various complexity levels
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
