H2M architects + engineers is seeking a Discipline Engineer for their Water and Wastewater team. The successful candidate will lead complex development of engineering design, preparation of specifications, and technical reports. They will be responsible for managing projects from planning to design and construction, developing construction documents/specifications, and coordinating execution with other disciplines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of municipal Water and Wastewater projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
- Professional Engineer License is required. PMP is a plus
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving project drawings, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
- Experience in process design, treatment plant upgrades, and pump station design
- Client relationship skills: including preparation and development of proposals and client management experience with a successful record of accomplishment
