Job Description
H2O.ai is looking for an AI Enablement and Training Lead to design and run structured training programs, build enablement assets, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers build lasting internal AI capability on top of the H2O.ai platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a role combining technical AI/ML depth with customer-facing or training responsibilities
- Proven experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops for data science, engineering, or analytics audiences
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning fundamentals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly for both technical practitioners and non-technical business stakeholders
