Job Description
We are looking for a Program Manager who operates at the intersection of AI delivery, customer success, and strategic growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Field Technology, APAC, you will be the connective tissue between H2O.ai's AI capabilities and our customers' business outcomes - orchestrating programs, deepening relationships, and driving measurable expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years in program management, customer success, or delivery leadership within AI, data science, analytics, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record managing strategic enterprise accounts - driving adoption, renewal, and expansion in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or ML programs in production, ideally including model deployment, MLOps, or data platform rollouts.
- Experience working with or alongside system integrators, platform engineers, and data science teams on large-scale technical programs.
