Senior Account Executive, Financial Services

H2O.ai is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join its growing global sales organization. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise seller with a strong executive network, ability to design and close complex transactions, and a focus on net-new and expansion revenue. The role is based in New York and involves managing a portfolio of top ten banks and Fortune 100 accounts, building relationships with C-level executives, and leading enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience selling complex software platforms
• Strong, credible enterprise executive network of the top ten financial institutions
• Proven ability to design, navigate, and close complex, multi-stakeholder transactions with long sales cycles
• Consistent track record of overachieving quota and winning competitive, high-value opportunities
• Strong qualification discipline (MEDDICC / MEDDPICC or similar), deal rigor, and forecasting accuracy
