Backroom Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Backroom Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations, accurate merchandising, and a safe, welcoming environment for employees, volunteers, and customers. The Backroom Supervisor will research, accurately ticket, and safely move merchandise to the sales floor in a timely manner, collaborate with store leadership, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment.

Requirements

• Research, accurately ticket, and safely move merchandise to the sales floor in a timely manner
• Collaborate with store leadership on priorities, timing, and placement of incoming donations
• Supervise donation drivers during loading/unloading activities
• Ensure safe handling of merchandise according to policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
• Independently open and close the store and perform cash handling procedures
• Operate the cash register as needed and complete accurate reports and end-of-day documentation
• Provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and motivation to staff, volunteers, and team members
• Demonstrate a positive, respectful, and professional attitude with all customers, donors, volunteers, and staff
