Director, Transportation

At Habitat Health, we're looking for a Director of Transportation to lead our transportation services for PACE participants, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective transportation while maintaining compliance with regulations. This role requires strategic planning, management, and oversight of transportation services, including development of transportation models, managing transportation software, and managing transportation vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
• 3–5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or PACE programs strongly preferred
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and routing software
• Familiarity with CMS and DOT regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and analyze operational data
