Job Description
Pacific Coast Fresh Company is seeking a Director of Transportation to oversee the transportation department and lead the strategic vision for the division. The Director will be responsible for managing the fleet, drivers, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of temperature-sensitive products to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 7+ years professional experience within a successful mid-to-large size organization, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of FSMA/FMCSA/DOT/ODOT regulations
- Familiarity and experience with modern fleet management tools
- Advanced understanding of how to lead and develop teams
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office products, with emphasis in Excel
