Financial Operations Analyst

HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). We're looking for a Financial Operations Analyst to support our rapid growth in Pune, India. The role will involve supporting various aspects of financial operations, including invoicing, collections, contract review, and bookings for both US and international customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of billing experience
• Experience at SaaS companies preferred
• Strong Excel skills (V-LOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skill, both verbal and written
• Experience with journal entries and account reconciliations
• Experience working in multiple currencies, and understanding of foreign exchange rates
• Understanding and application of GAAP principles
• Having worked with well known sales and customer procurement systems (SalesForce, Coupa, Ariba etc.)
• Workday experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks
• Ability and desire to work in fast-paced startup environment
