Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) that combines AI solutions with a security research community to continuously discover and remediate exposures across code, cloud, and AI systems. The company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of its next-generation AI security capabilities, including its AI security agent Hai.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Ability to implement distributed system features within production-grade AI or ML systems
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers
• Familiarity with model deployment workflows, evaluation techniques, or MLOps concepts
• Understanding of responsible AI development and basic AI safety considerations
