Job Description
HackerOne is a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM). The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of their AI security capabilities and AI security agent, Hai. The role will involve designing and implementing core components for end-to-end execution of security agents and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer needs into clear engineering requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, GCP or Azure
- Experience implementing distributed system features within production-grade AI or ML systems, including integrating LLMs or generative AI models into applications
- Familiarity with model deployment workflows, evaluation techniques, or MLOps concepts
- Understanding of responsible AI development and basic AI safety considerations
