Job Description
Haddad Brands is a leader in the children’s apparel & accessories industry, with over 100 years of experience. The company is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to define and oversee the strategy, vision, and execution for an independent business unit or department.
Requirements
- Partner with VP/SVP of Sales and cross functional teams to drive company's strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute three-year financial plans, including pricing and seasonal strategies, by retailer
- Manage monthly sales performance by account (including sales booked and shipped) to ensure goals are being met
- Recruit, train, develop and manage the performance of all team employees as assigned
