Controller

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is looking for a Controller to join our team in our Newark office. The Controller oversees the accounting operations of the company. This position will supervise the accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank/credit card reconciliations, and payroll processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of related experience
• Strong Understanding of Job Costing and Project-Based Accounting
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and accounting guidelines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor (Preferred)
• Experience in Construction, Plumbing, HVAC or Other Skilled Trades Preferred
