Job Description
The Drafter Manager will oversee and manage a team of drafters, preparing clear and concise shop drawings for field installers, and ensuring all drawings meet industry standards and project-specific guidelines.
Requirements
- Prepare Shop Drawings using Computer Aided Design (CAD) Software
- Work from Rough Sketches or Specifications Created by Engineers and Architects
- Add Detail to Architectural and Mechanical Plans for Proper Installation
- Specify Dimensions, Materials, and Procedures for New Products
- Ensure all Drawings meet Industry Standards, Building Codes, and Project-Specific Guidelines
