Job Description
Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven leader to own and scale their direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce channels. The Director of Ecommerce will manage Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high velocity creative testing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
