Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven leader to own and scale their direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels, driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
• Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
• Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high velocity creative testing
