Hadley Designs is seeking a mission-driven Director of Ecommerce to own and scale direct-to-consumer ecommerce channels, managing Shopify and TikTok Shop platforms, and driving growth through strategy, operations, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
- Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Leadership experience managing a high-performing ecommerce team
- Ability to lead a remote team with clear cadences and accountability
