Job Description
We are looking for a driven, mission-aligned leader to own and grow the next chapter of our journey. As Director of Ecommerce, you will own the Shopify and TikTok Shop businesses end to end, driving revenue and profitability while building a repeatable DTC growth machine.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years of experience scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high velocity creative testing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
