Requirements
- Relevant academic background in science, healthcare or economics
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within pharmaceuticals or OTC
- Familiarity with local market regulations and ability to navigate the healthcare system
- Experience of working with pharmacies and/or opticians is an advantage
- Strong track record in building customer relationships and developing markets, both independently and as a team player
- Open-minded, pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach
- Results-driven with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions that create value for customers
- Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English
