We are constantly looking to add to our core talent. Haemonetics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support retention strategies in a regulated healthcare manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including high-volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent assessment.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with managers, HR, and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years' experience of full life cycle recruiting at all level of type of role using Applicant Tracking Systems
- 3+ years' experience in medical devices, health care or bio-pharmaceutical environment
