Requirements

• Hold a relevant degree
• Have at least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing within a globally operating company
• Have a proven track record in designing and implementing sourcing processes
• Be skilled in stakeholder collaboration, training delivery, and mentoring
• Be driven by purpose and results, with a global mindset and a focus on data-driven decision-making
