Join our Sourcing team as a Sourcing Business Partner (m/f/d) Project Business and IT & AI to play a key role in selecting the best suppliers and optimizing our supply chain. As a permanent contract, you will report to the Sourcing Business Partner Senior Manager based in Obernai (France), Blieskastel (Germany), or Emmenbrücke (Switzerland).

Requirements

• Act as a key interface between the Project Business and IT & AI segments and the Sourcing organization, ensuring alignment between sourcing strategies and business objectives
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, promote the Sourcing vision, and ensure a shared understanding of priorities and goals
• Provide relevant analyses and recommendations to Category Management teams, ensuring business needs are accurately reflected in category strategies
• Collaborate with Sourcing teams to improve procurement processes and support performance monitoring through KPIs and data analysis
• Ensure compliance of Sourcing activities with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and support supplier risk management strategies in coordination with relevant stakeholders
