Assembler

Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of our Assembly team in Clarion, IA. As a member of the Assembly team, you would be building various assemblies following detailed work instructions using a multitude of hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures
• Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Quality System
• Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Safety System
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to coordinator or department leader
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
• Ability to complete 10+ hours of assembly work with full certification
• Use a PC or tablet to manage daily schedule, access work instructions, digital tools and report issues
