Job Description
As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be the central interface between our customers and the tech team, analyzing customer processes, conducting workshops, and implementing automations to ensure successful use of our AI platform.
Requirements
- Central point of contact for our customers after the project start
- Analysis of customer processes and derivation of meaningful automation approaches
- Conducting and accompanying strategy and process workshops
- Translation of customer requirements into clear technical requirements for the tech team
- Operational implementation of low-code and automation solutions
- Close collaboration with product and development team
- Structured feedback from customer feedback for the further development of the software
- Accompanying customers at the project manager and CEO level
