We at plus10 develop software for the optimization of industrial production processes and production facilities, seeking a Junior in Customer Success Management for AI Optimization Software.
Requirements
- Support with the strategic and operational planning for the introduction of our software products at the customer
- Development of solutions to train customers in the use of our products and to integrate our software
- Further development of the infrastructure for our Customer Success Team
- Communicate and coordinate customer wishes with our product team
- Support in training user groups at the customer
