Requirements
- Proven experience in HR generalist, advisory, or business partnering roles
- Experience across talent acquisition and broader people functions
- Comfortable working in complex or multi-site environments
- Confidence working with unions or collective agreements
- Strong coaching and capability-building skills
- Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Pragmatic, commercially aware, and able to work with a mix of leadership styles
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Comfortable with systems and supporting others to use them
