Requirements
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and community partners
- Partner with the GM People and Culture and regional leadership to implement workforce strategies
- Drive strategic projects such as workforce planning, talent and career management, organisational design, or leadership development
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employment agreements for the South Island region
- Utilise HR analytics to inform decision-making and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and processes
- Support the implementation of remuneration frameworks, annual reviews, and recognition programmes
- Promote a workplace culture of safety, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion
- Participate in ongoing professional development and share industry knowledge to enhance business processes
