Weinstein Supply is seeking a Counter Salesperson to assist customers, process sales orders, and build relationships with new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of customer service or counter sales experience, knowledge of products sold, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service or counter sales experience
- Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
- Outstanding customer service, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Ability to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and suggest associated products for purchase
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and close sales
- Knowledge of safety precautions and ability to operate warehouse material-handling equipment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to learn and operate computer-related systems used to process orders
- Reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
