Customer Service Representative

Hajoca Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at their Stroudsburg, PA location. The ideal candidate will be friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented, with experience in customer service or inside sales.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred
• Possess a proper and valid driver's license
• Effectively use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service, telephone/verbal communication, and generous listening skills
• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
