Outside Salesperson

Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Outside Salesperson to join their team at Moore Supply Company in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of outside sales experience, be knowledgeable about products sold in the Profit Center, and possess excellent communication and listening skills. The role involves attracting and retaining customers, working with the Profit Center Manager to establish revenue and margin targets, and finding innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years outside sales experience
• Contractor sales experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center
• Ability to drive for company business
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to build influential relationships and trust with customers and key vendor partners
• Deep product knowledge to answer customer questions and identify opportunities to upsell or cross sell
• Consultative mindset to understand customer's business and personal goals
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to persuade and overcome customer objections
• Ability to plan and organize effective sales calls
• Ability to learn to operate warehouse material-handling equipment
• Ability to learn and operate computer related systems used to process orders
