Job Description
Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Quotations Specialist for their Bentonville, AR location. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years' experience creating quotes and providing customer service, with comprehensive knowledge of products sold by the Profit Center. The role involves interpreting customer requirements, negotiating pricing, and creating accurate quotations and submittal packages.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience creating quotes and providing customer service
- Comprehensive knowledge of products sold by the Profit Center
- Experience using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication, and generous listening skills
- Organized, self-starter, and detail oriented
- Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers
- Ability to collect and analyze quotations data to determine patterns of success or failure
