Job Description
Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse and delivery staff at their Jacksonville, FL location. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of warehouse receiving and material handling experience and a valid driver's license. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining relationships with customers and vendors.
Requirements
- Supervise, schedule and train warehouse and delivery staff
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions
- Maintain required records in conformance with company policy
- Supervise the proper routing, loading, and preparation of orders for shipment and delivery
- Review and maintain DOT records and physical examination certificates for drivers
- Maintain the safety of warehouse operations in compliance with company's Safety Standards
- Resolve all delivery complaints and receiving disputes quickly and effectively
