Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily activities, supervise warehouse staff, and maintain inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field, and 3-5 years' experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
Requirements
- Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods and materials and maintaining suitable inventory levels
- Working with the EHS department to achieve safety goals
- Knowledge of KPI'S
- SAP knowledge (Required)
- Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination
- Supervise and train new employees
- Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy
- Ensure proper handling of material to prevent material damages
- Teamwork oriented across the organization
- Promote and assure best safety practices to avoid incidents
