Warehouse Supervisor

Johnson Controls is a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to supervise warehouse staff and daily activities, managing and evaluating warehouse productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
• Knowledge of KPI’S.
• SAP knowledge (Required).
• 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
• English 50%.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Supervise and train new employees.
• Define and implement actions to reach 95% inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling of material to prevent material damages.
• Teamwork oriented across the organization.
• Promote and assure best safety practices to avoid incidents.
