PTA license, home health experience, and strong clinical and assessment skills required
Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy, 1-2 years of experience in home health care
Home Health Occupational Therapist
1 year of home health experience, Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, Active state license as an occupational therapist
Home Health Physical Therapist
A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred
Home Health Speech Therapist
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, state licensure, and experience in home health care preferred
Hospice Community Liaison
Must have sales experience in senior care industry, strong communication skills, and deep understanding of senior care needs
Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant
Current PTA license, 1+ year of home health experience
