Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Halcyon Home is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to support our growing geriatric home health population in Kyle or Buda, TX, and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Texas State License to practice occupational therapy
• Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
• Minimum of one year experience as Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Minimum of one year of home health care experience
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with the elderly
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
