Hospice Community Liaison

Halcyon Home is seeking a compassionate, strategic and community-driven Hospice Community Liaison in San Marcos, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care sales, social work, or geriatric care management, and will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors.

Requirements

• Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred, Hospice Sales experience is a plus!
• Clinicians are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
