Job Description
We are hiring a Hospice LVN On-Call to support our growing geriatric Hospice population in Austin, TX and surrounding areas with a 7 on & 7 off schedule, offering competitive pay and wonderful team support.
Requirements
- Active, state license as a licensed vocational/practical nurse
- Minimum of 2 years of hospice, palliative care, or acute care experience, with prior triage experience preferred
- HomeCare HomeBase experience is a plus!
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently, with empathy and professionalism, in high-stress and emotionally sensitive situations
- Must have a reliable transportation
